My usual night cleansing routine comprises of eye make up remover (if I do eye make up), a face make up remover (water, oil or cream; again, if I do face make up), and a face wash (foaming wash or exfoliator, or both). I don't have particular loyalty to which ever brand or method, I just do what I like.
I go through cleansers pretty quickly, although I still have way too many to justify buying new ones. Here are the oils and waters 'inventory'.
Avene spring water 1 in use
Nuxe 3 roses 1 in use
Bioderma Sensibio *pink lid (new +1)
Pond's yellow cleansing oil (new +1) 1 in use
Divinia (travel +1)
Shu Uemura fresh pore clarifying gentle cleansing oil (sample +1)
Holika Holika Soda Pore Cleansing BB Deep Cleansing Oil (sample +3)
Coincidentally, all the three cleansing waters are from France, and all the cleansing oils from Asia. Pond's and Shu Uemura are made in Japan, Divinia from Taiwan and Holika Holika from Korea.
The Bioderma and Pond's are repurchased items. I'm liking the Avene and Nuxe so far, they cleanse well, do not irritate and smells lovely (could be a down-side to some); just not sure if they out-perform the Bioderma and justify their higher price tags. I have tried Shu Uemura cleansing oil(s) before, I like them quite a lot actually, just not willing to pay the hefty price for mineral oil based product as they are! I'll give Divinia and Holika Holika a try, but honestly, Pond's is good enough for me. ;)
