Inventory #3.1 | Wipes and Cloths

This is an update to the previous post written over a year ago.  My make up wipes stash has been totally different now.  While that of the cleansing cloths still remain roughly the same...

Make Up Wipes

No.7 Beautiful Skin Quick Thinking Wipes is one of the first things I purchased from No.7 when they are relaunched in local Mannings stores.  They are pretty moist, nice texture (not too rough, not too flimpsy), and takes off face make up quite efficiently.  I like that they don't have strong alcohol or fragrance content, and leaves my skin fresh after usage.  I like it that much I procured the No.7 Whitening Cleansing Wipes with my discount voucher, but haven't gotten around to start using it.

Mentholatum Acnes Medicated Oil Control Cleansing Sheet was an impulse buy.  It was a very hot sunny Summer day and I was outdoor for the whole morning/afternoon.  I bought this to disinfect my hands and clean up my face, hoping it will refresh while not over-dry me.  Regrettably, it is drying.  It has been kept frozen and un-used since then.  Biore Cleansing Cotton was probably bought on that same day, for the same reason.  Biore has good reputation for making great cleansers and make up removers.  So I guess I will give this a try later, when I do heavy make up for shoots on myself or others.

Cleansing Cloths

I have been using the Olay Daily Facials Hydrating Cleansing Cloths for Normal to Dry Skin on and off for a while now.  It has been a firm favourite of mine since teenage.  I will be starting to use the Deep Cleansing for Combination/Oily one soon, when Summer officially hits.  To be honest, I am always procrastinating to use these because I am so fearful that I will run out.  They are the best lazy face cleansing method/product I have ever tried.  They cleanse well, smell good, do not harm my skin and make my skin pretty happy!

Do you use make up wipes in your routine?  Which brand is your favourite?

  1. I haven't found a type of wipe that doesn't irritate my skin...

    1. Hi Eugenia,
Well, if wipes irritate you, then don't use them! I believe a good skin care routine should not include wipes anyway~ (it is just that most of us are lazy when it comes to taking off make up) lol
