Manicure Monday #2 | Etude Easter NOTD

Happy Easter!  Whether or not you celebrate the resurrection of Christ, I wish you a Good Day. :)

Pastels and freckled nail polishes remind me a lot of colourful Easter eggs.  Easter is much more than that, I reckon; but for the season, these nails really do go along with the Spring/Easter theme!  Last year I did something similar, but quite different - link

I used three newly acquired Etude House nail polishes to achieve this look.  If you want to know what products I used, please read on!

Etude House Dear My Party Nails - PPK001 $28
Etude House Sweet Recipe Ice Cream Nails #1 (blue) $28
Etude House Sweet Recipe Ice Cream Nails #2 (yellow) $28

Short review: the blue and yellow in the ice cream design is cute, but do not apply that well.  I find their sparkle not showing through and their formula requires at least three coats for opacity.  The pink one in a different bottle is perfect though.

What are you wearing on your nails for Easter, or for Spring?

  2. I also have the Etude House Ice Cream Nails and yes, they don;t apply that good. What I do is to use them as top coat on regular polish. :)

    1. That's a nice idea. Do you have problem with the sparkle/glitter not showing through in its own formula though?
