Accumulated Acquisitions | Gifts

This may be a pretty boring and short post, but I am just back from a two day short trip to Macau and haven't been posting for a few days now.  I figure a short update of some sort will keep you entertained, and warm up my blogging fingers a little bit.

Free gifts and samples

Since my last acquisition post, which was around a month ago, I have been naughty.  I made several local purchases (that will be another post), and hence got some freebies along those shopping trips.  This is just showcasing those gifts and bits that I got for free.

My friend came back from an Italian pilgrimage and aside from a very beautiful calendar card with Pope John Paul II's image on, she bought me an Agnes b mascara - which is made in Italy!  How sweet of her~

Apparently, the brand Leader's Clinic is working with magazines and sending out masks, got one of these last month, as well as this month!  The rest of the free gifts include two contact lens solution - which I have to give away to someone; Astalift face and base - excited to try this; and a body milk that smells lovely.

Not really much to say in this post really, huh?  Perhaps I'll disclose a little 'preview' of some upcoming posts then...

Mail order and swaps

You know I'm an avid online shopper from my various haul posts including this latest one.  I also love doing international swaps with beauty lovers all over the world.  In the month of February I received two swap parcels from Japan and the States respectively.  Besides waiting for a US swap package to arrive, and some MAC and Soap & Glory products from UK, I have received packages I ordered from LunaBleu and Illamasqua.  (Do you want initial impression posts on these, or wait until I can review them?)

Upcoming posts

In my draft folder there are over 20 unfinished posts, for instance: - Project 10 Pan update - Sheet Mask reviews - V&R Flowerbomb Dupe - Kiss Me mascaras review - His Hair Story - His Perfume Story - Cle de peau night emulsion review - FOTDs - etc, etc.

Tell me in the comments below if you have any request for me to finish writing up next! :P

Sample Sunday #2 | Burberry Foundations

I am in the search of a perfect liquid foundation for a special occasion, and I have decided to record the swatches and my thoughts on the sampling while I play around with different formulae.  I do not wear foundations every day, I'm mostly a sunscreen, concealer, setting powder kind of girl.  On liquid foundations, I'm quite picky, not knowing what exact finish and texture I am seeking.  Anyway, the search begins...

Here I am doing a little comparison of the two Burberry foundations.  Not the best comparison you can find, as you can tell, one is definitely not my shade at all.  Nonetheless, my 2 cents~ ;)

Burberry Beauty Velvet Foundation No.205 (HKD$410 for full size)

The shade is not my match.  It is at least 3 shades darker than me, and a little too pink.  Don't ask why the counter could hand me this shade!  On the other hand, the texture is lovely.  A little spreads and blends a long way.  Smells amazingly of the Burberry make up scent.  I tried it on my face, it covers decently and dries to a velvety semi-matte finish.  I find it quite 'wearing-make-up-like' and not very natural.  Then again, it's probably because the shade is not my match.  Last words, I won't mind giving my colour match one more try, but I don't think I will pay for a full bottle any time soon.

Overall: Okay.

Burberry Beauty Sheer Foundation No.04 (HKD$390 a bottle)

First of all, the shade matches me pretty well, when I am slightly darker.  In my paler skin, I figure I shall try one or two shades down.  This also carries the same beautiful Burberry make up fragrance.  The consistency of this is not very liquid, it has a hint of cream/gel feeling to it.  It blends easily, and feels moisturising.  I like how it leaves a very sheer semi-matte finish, more skin-like than the Velvet Foundation.  The coverage is not very high, but build-able.  I like it, and I will give the fairer No.01 sample a go, to see if that shade matches me better.  I don't think this is the perfect foundation for me yet, but nice to use.

You can see me wearing this foundation in FOTD here.

Overall: Hurray.

*Both samples obtained at the counter as gift of purchase.  Product images copied from burberry website.

Beauty Swap | Khrystina from USA

It seems like I am forever in the middle of planning a beauty swap, or waiting for a box's arrival, or packing for the next one.  Khrystina approached me saying she saw one of my swap buddies' video on youtube (Is it Sarah or Sam?), and that she wanted to try something from Asia too.  I am wanting certain make up from the States, the Revlon ColorStay Whipped Makeup for instance, so I agreed and went ahead to do this swap~

I asked for the Revlon Creme Makeup in Buff because the ColorStay liquid foundation in the same shade seems to be pretty good match for me.  The Maybelline Age Rewind concealer has been getting so many good reviews on youtube I had to get my hands on it!  Tao and Emily praised the Wet n Wild bronzer for being a good highlighter, so I requested one for our swap; a tragedy happened and the powder smashed in transit.  Most of the content ran in the box and made the swap box pretty messy, however, I managed to rescue it and now the loose powder is sitting in another small sample pot.  I will try my best to get some use out of that!

For the rest, I didn't expect too much, but I'm pleasantly surprised!  Khrystina visited the IMATS a few weeks ago, and she bought me some 40-colour eyeshadow palette and a brush set from Shany Cosmetics.  I believe it is a similar brand to Coastal Scents, which re-packages make up from similar Chinese manufacturers.  In the past I have owned quite a few of the big CS eyeshadow and blush palettes, but given most of them away to friends.  I am excited to see if this newer 40-colour palette is as good or even better!!  Covergirl is one of the brands I can't get hold of and always wanted to try more.  Khrystina threw in a very beautiful pink lipstick that I'm eager to use!

Link to Khrystina's blog post or video when she uploads: http://youtu.be/JBKdWtZmFvk

Tell me in the comments below which item do you want me to review or blog about first!  Also, share with me your latest painful experience of breaking makeup item(s), sharing pain is half pain... :'(

Finished Fortnight #7 | 蛇年空瓶第一發

Picture No.1 - Body and Hand
  • YuskinA Family Medical Cream - Hurray/Okay - Hurray for the performance, No Way for the smell!  But honestly, I can stand the smell for its deep moisture delivery.  It has urea and other industrial strength ingredients and it works really well for my Winter dead dry hands and feet.  (I still have one large tube and one mini tube to use!)
  • Soap and Glory Scrub of Your Life - Hurray - A delicious scented scrub with salt particles and interested beads that will dissolve.  I love Soap and Glory as a brand and I am craving for more!  (Luckily a friend from UK will be visiting HK next month, hopefully bringing me some S-n-G!!)
  • Diptyque Creamy Body Wash for Shower and Bath (discontinued?) - Okay - I like the moisturising texture and foaming properties, but not too much the scent.  I prefer something lighter and yummier to wash my body with.  This is borderline too spicy for my likings.
  • Eternal Concept Active Nourishment Body Cream - No Way - As mentioned in my Glamabox Un-boxing post, this cream is very hydrating.  But I think the scent is really not my cup of tea.  It turns into a little green-tea/play-dough smell that I can't quite bear.
  • Alessandro Hands! Up Nice Day All-over Hand Lotion - No Way - First the sample was too small to sample properly; second, it is very light in texture.  It absorbs (or evaporates) right away so I can't say it does anything to my hands.

Picture No.2 - Face

  • Divinia Deep Cleansing Oil - Okay - Not a bad cleansing oil.  But I won't buy it again.  Got nothing much to say about it really.
  • Clinelle Soothing Skin Toner - Hurray - One of my favourite toners.  It comes in a nice spray bottle and has a refreshing lavender smell.  Leaves skin refreshed, soothed and moisturised.  I like it a lot.  :)
  • Cle de Peau Beaute Gentle Balancing Lotion - Full Review here.
  • White Formula Super Moist Toner with Hyaluronic Acid (Official website) - Hurray - Very nice stuff.  White Formula is a Taiwan brand, one of the relatively new found drugstore loves in 2012.  I really enjoy their face masks and face wash too!
  • Naruko Narcissus Total Defense Fundatmental Serum (discontinued) - Hurray - The first item used up in my Project 10 Pan, an update post will be up soon.  Full review here.

Picture No.3 - Make Up
  • Benefit Stay Don't Stray Stay-put Primer for Concealers and Eyeshadows - Okay - The packaging design of this sample is horrendous.  I think the product is good, but I can't properly test out with this 'container'.
  • Burberry Beauty Velvet Foundation Trench No.205 - A better post will be up next Sunday where I swatch and review this.
  • Rock and Republic Extremist Mascara Noir (discontinued) - Hurray - A discontinued product that I have no access even when it was sold.  :P  Tao sent me this in one of our swaps.
  • Maybelline Lash Stylist Volume Lifting Comb Mascara Waterproof  (discontinued) - Full Review here.
  • Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat Radiant Touch No.2 - Okay - I think there are better highlighter pens out there.
  • Maybelline Pure BB Mineral 8 in 1 Improving BB Base SPF26 PA+++ No.02 - Hurray - Pretty good stuff, I still have another sample to try out.  I believe this is Asia-exclusive product, not sure.  May do a post on this... :P

Picture No.4 No.5 No.6 - Mask and Perfume
  • Divinia Whitening Mask - Hurray - One of the first Divinia products that impressed me and make me want to repurhcase.  The sheet is thin and fit my face very nicely.  Moisturises very well and brightens a bit.  Really enjoyed it!
  • S.T. Dupont Signature Eau de Toilette for Men - Okay - I was on a quest to find a new perfume for my valentine as gift, so I dug out all my sample vials and let my man try on.  Will decide on that later, but this sample sachet was not 'the one'.  Mature, sensual, classy but not special enough.
  • Lanvin Eclat D'Arpege Eau de Parfum - No Way - Smells too 'old' in my opinion.
  • Paco Rabanne Lady Million Eau de Parfum - Hurray - Not a scent I will wear every day, as it is pretty feminine and grown up.  I prefer feeling fresher and lighter most days.  But it is a very beautiful blend with notes that works with my body chemistry and stays on my skin.  Nice.

Picture No.7 No.8 - Others
  • Meishoku Organic 2Way Cotton, Large Size - No Way - These came as free gift when I purchased the Meishoku rose toner in Tokyo.  I haven't started using the toner, but finished the cotton.  It claims to have two sides, for different purposes.  Could be my fault, but I can't distinguish one side from the other, and the whole cotton overall is too flimsy to handle, I can't do nothing with it.  :S
  • Boots 24hr Protection Whitening plus Q10 Anti-Perspirant - Okay - I didn't notice any whitening, but it is a decent anti-perspirant.
  • Colgate Optic White Anticavity Fluoride Toothpaste, Sparkling Mint - Okay - Too pricey and I don't notice any teeth-whitening optically/visually...
  • Shiseido Beauty Up Cotton - Hurray - This is a little sample obtained in Tokyo when I purchased the Shiseido make up remover.  There's a 'hype' on youtube and some beauty blogs raving about Shiseido cotton.  My friend Ari talked about that (link to her empties), too.  I still have a few boxes of Naruko (which I whole-heartedly adore) to go through, and after that, I may go out and look for some Shiseido ones.  ;)
  • Farmasi Ultra Aloe Vera Alcohol Free Wet Towel - Okay - It smells decent, clean soapy scent, and is indeed moisturising.
  • Unknown brand muscle relieve stickers - Hurray - I indulged in these cooling pads when my legs were sore after hiking.  Got couple of different brands from Tokyo last Summer and all seems great to me (can't tell the difference).

Last but not least, some of these are just old stuff, some are Disappointedly Discarded (a name taken from Ari, again).
  • Essie, 654 Shorty Pants - A nice bright yellow.  Half of it was used up, half dried up because either Jen or I forgot to close it tight properly.  I do not want to bother with polish thinner and what not, hence throwing this out.
  • Covergirl WetSlicks AmazeMint, 610 Tickled Pink - This has been around since forever.  I adore its scent and colour in the tube.  However, when applied, it is really sheer.  I have other better glosses to use, plus, old glosses gross me out. :S
  • Lelan Vital Perfect Coverage Dual Concealer, Light Beige - I finished the liquid end, which I love (Hurray product).  The stick end, though, is pretty thick, pigmented and heavy; I can't find use for it, especially when the shade is a few shades pinker than the liquid end (how's that possible?).
  • All of the below are either blunt or not functioning.  Good bye~
  • 2 pencil sharpeners - blunt
  • 2 facial razors - blunt
  • 2 tweezers - blunt
  • 1 Daiso lash comb - the width of each metal 'tooth' in the comb is too wide, cannot comb through lashes.
  • 2 pen covers with built-in sharpener - brilliant idea, not so convenient in reality.

2013 Toll:
Jumbo - 0
Full Size - 7 + 6

Small Sample - 7 + 6

Sample Sunday #1 | A few Face Moisturisers

...from Decleor, Estee Lauder and Clinique.

The title Sample Sunday was borrowed without consent from fellow beauty blogger Claire (her blog).  I do not plan to do this every Sunday, just figure that it works for this post, hence I use it.  Claire does amazing humorous posts and I love her; Check out her blog for more great "Sample Sunday" posts!

I have dry, thin skin.  Thin in the sense that you can almost see through it when its condition is good.  I wouldn't call my skin sensitive to products, but it reacts to weather pretty quickly, whether it is humidity (or the lack of), temperature, Sun, or wind.  Fine capillaries, freckles, and lines will come out when weather acts on my skin, and pores can be enlarged if I don't take care of my face for a few days.

Anyway, I am constantly finding good skin care to play with, and hopefully finally find something perfect to live on with.  Naruko is always my choice of skin care, but every now and then I try different things, I ain't that loyal when it comes to beauty products - which I confess, may not be the best for my skin.

Decleor Aroma Night (left), Decleor Hydra Floral (right)
Decleor Aroma Night Night Beauty Cream - Regenerating
Thick cream that has a hint of balm feeling to it.  Inside there are some slightly harder beads/spheres of ingredients that will dissolve or melt when you rub in the cream.  Not a big fan of the beads.  However, I really enjoy the scent and the results.  Its smell reminds me of the Melvita Narcissus Water (reviewed here), it is like plant root scent, vaguely reminds me ginseng too.  The skin is left glowy, plump, nourished and soft.  Nearly everything I want for a night cream.  If only there aren't funny spheres suspended inside.
Rating: Hurray

Decleor Hydra Floral Flower Nectar Moisturising Cream
I consider this a good day cream consistency.  It seems to me a hybrid between cream and lotion, and moisturises very effectively.  A little goes a long way, and over-application can cause makeup on top to crumble up.  It leaves a very thin film of wax texture on the skin, I know it sounds a little bit weird, but it keeps skin soft while not oily and shiny looking.  The scent is a beautiful floral - again, I don't know how to describe.  I don't think I need to repurchase such an expensive face cream, but I really really enjoy using this!
Rating: Hurray

Estee Lauder Hydrationist Maximum Moisture Creme - For Normal/ Combination Skin (USA website link)
Some stores in my city sells samples or gift-with-purchase products from higher end at reasonable prices.  I should probably try the Dry Skin formula of this cream, which wasn't available in the beauty store I went to.  Anyway, I thought perhaps the Normal/Combination would work as a layering product, sadly it still doesn't perform in the current weather.  We do not have desert-dry Winter in Hong Kong, but my skin is desert-dry.  This Maximum Moisture does add a bit of hydration when it touches my skin, but it's gone the moment I finish applying to my whole face.  I may give this more tries when weather warms up, or simple give this away...
Rating: No Way.

Clinique Moisture Surge Extended Thirst Relief (HKD $365, 50ml)
I think this is not for dry skin, despite it being marketed at 'all skin types'.  I don't find it super hydrating.  It is basically fragrance free, with a slight Clinique-scent.  The texture is a smooth gel-creme with a lot of water content I feel.  It does instantly hydrates and soothes dry skin, but the effect doesn't last long on my face.  I find Clinique mositurisers in general nice and reasonable, especially before their prices are inflated - it happens about twice annually now...  I find this alright, but not something I will come back to or purchase the full size.  On the other hand, I'm tempted to try their new Moisture Surge Intense Skin Fortifying Hydrator which is targeted towards dry combo and extreme dry skin.  Has anyone tried that?
Rating: Okay.

*Decleor was gifted to me from my facialist
*Estee Lauder was purchased by me
*Clinique was probably a gift with purchase from Clinique counter

More Spring Cleaning | 大掃除 ( 肆 : 再送出 )

After getting rid of many make up and body/hair care a week or so ago (link to post), I decided that I want to send some more stuff away, and I pack up a big bag to my good friend Mary Jane.  You may remember her in a make up post I did, where I tried on some crazy blue/purple eyeshadows on her - link.

Anyway, this post is just a brief showcase of what's gone from my collection.  A goodbye post, and hopefully they will be more frequently used and loved by Mary Jane!  If you want to know in more depth why I no longer want to keep any of these things, drop me a comment below and I'll attend to you personally~  :D

Have a lovely Spring, everyone!

Beautiful Blogger Award | Happy Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day, and I thought this is a nice day to share some love with my bloggers friends!  What's better than revealing a few random facts about myself, and 'tagging' a few others to do the same?  Thank you Liz for remembering me when you think of whom to award this to!  Go to Liz's blog (So Lonely in Gorgeous) for amazing product swatches and her life in Japan!

As with other blog awards, this Award comes with a few 'rules':

1. Link the person who nominated you.
2. Post the award on your page.
3. Tell seven facts about yourself.
4. Nominate seven bloggers and let them know they have been nominated.

Seven facts:

1.  You may already knew that I love travelling, but I also love postcards.  I am on postcrossing.com and I exchange postcards with postcrossers all over the world.
2.  My favourite bubble tea is from the shop called Sharetea.  My drink of choice is Bubble Jasmine, 30% sweet and less ice.
3.  This is going to review my age, but I'm born in the year of Dragon.  Some say Dragons are achievers.  I am sceptical.  How can 'all' dragons be great when there are double infants born in the year of Dragon than the year before or after?  Nonetheless, I feel superior than my siblings because they aren't Dragons.  lol, kidding.
4.  I broke my nose and it is not straight now.  Not that it was very straight before the accident... I feel okay in my own skin, and bones, and refused to have operations done when the MD asked.  I'm not afraid, just not feeling like it.
5.  My favourite i-games (on iphone and ipad) are Tiny Tower, Funghi (several versions of the growing mushroom game), Tilt to Live and Hay Day.
6.  Last month I've been hiking and cycling with some of my best friends in University.  It was my first time hiking and it was amazing.  Legs were sore to death but the experience was priceless.
7.  I am a type 7 in the enneagram of personality.  That can tell you a lot of my character if you're interested. Just google that and you'll find out more.  :)

I hereby award this to seven other beautiful bloggers:

Sam @ samram1214
Ari @ apassionateobsession.com
Claire @ eyeliningobsessions
Hakme @ hakmebeauty.com
Jenni @ lifeandlensofbeauty
Tao @ thoughtsoftao.com
Nadine @ bunnyandspice

Me hiking with friends.  The black dot in the middle of the pic is my head.  (Shh... I didn't seek their consent before hand!)

Beauty Swap | MissNoire at Japan

Compared to some others, I have been a relatively new addict to Instagram, but my addiction is serious.  I think I was hooked on since last Summer'12, introduced by my sister JENHO_SK Jen.  Anyhow, I got to see and share a lot of amazing images on there.  Beauty bloggers, or beauty lovers, connect on Instagram like no other platforms too.  Last year I have done a swap with fellow instagrammer HDBEAUTY Beatrice, whom, of course, I met on IG.  This year, one of my last giveaway winner, MISSNOIRE Nadine, who's also a beauty friend I met on IG, offered to do a swap with me!

I asked MissNoire if she can find me some good skin care bits for dry hands and skin, along with a good moisturising concealer.  She fulfilled my wishes and threw in many amazing things.

Initial Impression

I can't wait to try some of the things the moment I ripped the box open.  First of all, I consumed the Kit Kat in light speed.  Very very yummy.  I have a serious big sweet tooth and they are so sweet and right down my alley.  Two of them are condensed milk flavour, and two in blueberry cheesecake flavour.

Other things I really enjoy include the foundation brush, the body fragrance spray, and the concealer.  The foundation brush by Kose Esprique is made with synthetic hair, I think.  I washed it, it dried quickly, and I used it with my powder foundation in a buffing motion.  A new method I learnt from the back of the brush, still trying it out, but so far so good!  The Body Fantasies body fragrance spray smells delicious, I sprayed it on and it stays on for a good few hours, impressed.  I am a concealaholic, and I have quite a stash of concealers (link to my inventory post).  This new addition from Kiss Me Ferme is creamy, has a spot-on colour match and seems to conceal nicely.  Will give it some good uses and report back!  :D

My box is still on its way to MissNoire's address.  Finger-crossed everything's alright and she'll be pleased with the giveaway prizes along with the other goodies I sent!

What Japanese brand or products are you interested in, or recently been loving?

Un-boxing | Glamabox February 2013

Happy New Year!  新年快樂 (Sun Nin Fai Lok/ Xin Nian Kuai Le)!

Another month, another great Glamabox!  May I express my relief that this month's box is finally simply beauty, no more dietary supplement and personal health thrown in?  Not that I do not enjoy the extras, but sometimes it is easier for me to try and enjoy everything in the box when the content is more concise - blogging about extras does take up a lot of my time!

Out of the 5 products inside, the one thing I am most curious about is certainly the Cream Foundation by Gerda Spillmann.  Mine comes in the shade 01 Praline, and it is a pretty spot-on shade for my fair skin at the moment.

My camera and lighting changed a bit in the 2 pictures above, hope you can get an idea on the shade and texture blended in on the back of my hand.  I find it quite thick and high coverage.  The product has a slight scent, powdery and a bit granny-ish.  Some may not like that, but I'm okay with it.  It comes with a little compact with built-in mirror, and a really nice quality sponge.  I used that to press on the foundation for trial - not pulling on the skin, just dotting and pressing.  The result is pretty flawless and not too heavily made-up - a look I hate - so that's good 1st impression!

(I made a get-ready-with-me video that day, but I haven't find time to edit it yet...)

Below are 2 images I took with my first time trying this make-up out.  Excuse my expression... I didn't took enough portraits to choose from and I had to go with these two... :P

For the rest of the box, I have tried the BeautyDay Shea Butter Hand Cream, and I like it.  It is pretty thick and good for my super dry hands.  The hand cream smells amazing and contains African organic shea butter - feels like wearing a pair of delicious invisible gloves on~!  The other three items I am interested in trying too, especially the BeautyMate mask.  I have always been a big fan of BeautyMate's masks (do a quick search on my blog and you should find a review or two), and never got around to purchase this Snail one to try.  You can tell I'm a little excited!

I am a little surprised when I find two Aloe products in one box, given that I have gotten several aloe gel samples before already.  However, upon close inspection, these are different.  The German SantaVerde gel is more like a complex, more benefits to the skin; whereas the American Jorubi seems to be more 'purely' an aloe gel.  Anyway, will test them out and see how I like them!

Accumulated Aquisitions | 網上購物狂

... from various online purchases.

If you have seen my Why I do Project 10 Pan post, you should have seen what I have procured and acquired in the month of Dec or so.  However, those are just things I picked up locally, in this post I'm gonna confess what I have ordered online, mostly with sales.  There are, sadly, two lost orders which I've been handling with the not-so-good customer services through email.  Wish me luck on those.

  • Aromatherapy Associates Fragranced Candle Duo - Relax and Comfort (20 burning hour each)
  • Aromatherapy Associates Ultimate Bath and Shower Collection Nine Therapeutic Blends - Relax Light, Relax Deep, De-stress Mind, De-stress Muscle, Revive Morning, Revive Evening, Support Breathe, Support Equilibrium, Support Lavender and Peppermint (7.5ml each)
  • Urban Decay Naked 2 Eyeshadow Palette (12x1.3g), Lip Junkie Lipgloss - Naked (3.7ml)
  • Nails Inc. - Porchester Square, Tate, Richmond Terrace, Notting Hill Gate, Abbey Road (4ml each)
  • Headjog 103 Teasing Brush
I am not entirely sure about the customer service of this online merchant so I won't share its name just as yet.  Let me see how I can deal with my lost 2nd order... Anyway, finally got my hands on the UD Naked 2 and some AA bath/candle products.  Update on these later!

  • Kryolan Derma Color Camouflage Mini Palette - 16 shades (12g)
  • Temptu Pro S/B Concealer Wheel
  • Kryolan Cake Eye Liner - Black (3.5g)
  • Ben Nye Luxury Powder - Banana (42g)
  • Cinema Secrets Lip Kit #6 - Grape, Russet, Rosewood, Truffe, Ole
  • Cinema Secrets Lip Kit #1 - Paprika, Red Passion, True Red, Red Rose, Simply Red
  • Cinema Secrets Concealer Kit #2 - #607-19, #606-26, #605-61, #603-21, #602-65
  • Cinema Secrets Ultimate Foundation Samples - #202-20, #201-67a, #201-67b, #302-65a, #303-66a

I have wanted to make an order with Camera Ready Cosmetics for a long, long time.  Finally did it when they were having the Black Friday sales.  As one of the CS foundation kit that I wanted to purchase was out of stock, I was clever enough to pick all the 5 shades of foundation in the sample sizes.  Mind you, that way they come probably cheaper with more products (I didn't weigh them though)...

  • Skindinavia Bridal Makeup Finish Ultra Fine Long Wear Makeup Setting Spray (2x118ml)
  • Gift - Skindinavia Original Makeup Finishing Spray (20ml)
  • MUA Trio Eyeshadow - Innocence, Blue Babe, Chocolate Box
  • MUA Eyeshadow - Shade 9 Pearl, Shade 30 Pearl, Shade 12 Pearl, Shade 28 Pearl, Shade 22 Pearl, Shade 18 Matt (2g each)
  • MUA Blusher - Shade 1,3,4,5,6 (2.4g each)
  • MUA Intense Colour Lip Liner - Brooding Plum, Softly Lined, Pink Me Up
  • MUA Brush-on Concealer Pen - Radiance (1.3ml)
  • MUA Lip Boom - LMK Let Me Know (2.5g lipstick, 3.5ml lipgloss)

I blame these on Black Friday Sales (Skindinavia).  I also blame this on 35% off and free international shipping (MUA).

  • Shiro Cosmetics Eyeshadow - Your Best Friend, Shoes For Orphans, Impossible
  • Wrong Item: Shiro Cosmetics Eyeshadow - Equivalent exchange
  • Shiro Cosmetics Eyeshadow - Emancipation Grid, A Neat Gun, Snake, Housewife, Temple of Time, Perfect World
  • Shiro Cosmetics Intertubes - Insanity Wolf
  • Shiro Cosmetics Intertubes - Trololo
  • Shiro Cosmetics Intertubes - Me Gusta
  • Gift: Shiro Cosmetics Eyeshadow - Nayru's Love, Victory Road

I believe it was also Black Friday sale that made me ordered these.  I will definitely do swatches of the amazing intertubes and let you know how I like them!  :D
